Meet Ruhi Rathi (Maheshwari).

Ruhi has over 10 years of experience in clinical psychology. She completed her M.Phil in Clinical Psychology at Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital, New Delhi, and studied psychology and yogic science at DSVV University, Haridwar.
Her work has included rehabilitation and psychiatric centres in New Delhi and Punjab, a consultancy project with UNICEF and the Uttar Pradesh government, and clinical practice in Ghaziabad.
Her approach is grounded in evidence-based care, thoughtful listening and the belief that a non-judgemental space can help people understand and navigate their experiences.
