Your details are used for one purpose only: so the practice can contact you to confirm availability and arrange your appointment. They are stored privately and are visible only to authorised practice staff. They are never sold, shared with advertisers, or shown to other visitors.
If you choose to send your request through WhatsApp, the message is composed on your own device and sent only when you tap send. If you email or message the practice directly, your message is handled by those services under their own privacy policies.
The home page counts the total number of visits. This counter records no personal information — no names, no addresses, no device details.
